You will be able to meet with one of our skilled Design Center Staff to go over any customizing that is necessary. We have the capacity to custom design our home from scratch, according to all of your unique ideas and taste's. If you are unable to come to our model center, one of our sales staff can come to meet with you to help you with the design of your new home. We offer no hassle, free estimates, to all of our customers.

We offer many different types of financing options. According to your unique situation we can provide you with a list of lenders that are standing by to assist you. Here are just a few of the choices that you may decide to utilize. There are several local banks, saving banks, credit unions and mortgage companies we deal with that are sure to have tailored program that will fit your financing need. These companies can offer a number of consumer, conventional and government insured financing programs, such as the Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Veterans Administration (VA), Farm Home Loan Administration, the Federal National Mortgage Associations (Ginnie Mae and Fannie Mae, respectively) and the Federal Home Loan Mortgage corporation loan programs.
